Scott, the Mayor's Office of Homeless Services (MOHS), and the Baltimore City Department of Real Estate announced that the Permanent Supportive Housing Hotels Conversion Request for Proposals (RFP) has been awarded to the Episcopal Housing Corporation, Health Care for the Homeless, HCH Real Estate Co., and Beacon Communities Development, LLC.
