How do I pay a traffic ticket?
You can pay online, over the phone, by mail, or in-person.

MVA informed me that I could not renew my registration because Baltimore City parking flagged my tags. What does this mean?
If not paid within 52 days of the date of issue, a parking citation becomes delinquent and the City notifies the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA). MVA places a “flag” on your registration. Prior to being able to renew your vehicle registration, you will need to satisfy all parking fines with the City.

For credit card you will need your:
- City Billing Account Number
- Credit Card Information
- Amount of Payment
For electronic check (ACH) you will need your:
- City Billing Account Number
- Bank Transit Routing number (bottom left-hand corner of your check)
- Bank Account number (bottom of your check to the right of the routing number)
- Amount of Payment
